Inspired by the Spirit of Arbonne

Before Arbonne, I had been a hairdresser for almost 20 years. My income was better than average, but that income was based on working long hours, being on my feet all day, and hoping that nothing ever happened to my hands. Being independent has its pros and cons. The cons were the ones that got to me: No paid vacations, too much time away from my kids, and knowing that if I got sick I did not make any money that day. When I was at work, my mind was on my children, and when I was with my children, my mind was on work. As I began to get dangerously close to the age of 40, I knew that my plan A of being a hairdresser was not going to take me into the more secure financial future that I wanted. And no time to persue my passin for writing.

I say,Arbonne found me through an old hairdressing client. She and I had lost touch a few years back, but fate brought us together at a restaurant. She called me a few days after our encounter and asked me to come to a Presentation to hear more about Arbonne. Being the kind of woman who is always up for a get-together, I went to her home and watched ENVP Amme Weilert (who was an area manager then) give a Presentation.

I loved the Arbonne product right away. I loved how easy it was to present. I loved Amee’s effortless Presentation, and began to think that I could make this my plan B. What if I could have fun, represent a product I loved, have the potential to make some money and get more time with my children? I signed up that night and reached District Manager shortly thereafter.

I would like to say that it was smooth sailing after that, but after awhile, I lost sight of my “Why” for a few months. In Arbonne it is important to have a clear “why I do it”. That kind of clarity can get you anywhere you want to go in Arbonne . What was my turning point? My renewed vision? One day Michael Clouse came to an event I attended and what he said that day gave me the boost I needed. Michael said it was necessary to do whatever it takes in order to get what you desire. This hit me like a ton of bricks. I had to ask myself,”what has to happen to make this dream happen”?The answer was inside of me!

By that time, I was seeing people I knew promote to RVP and was determined that I was ready to be one, too. Two months later, I promoted to Area Manager. April 1, 2006, I promoted to Regional Vice President. Soon after that,I promoted two Reginal Vice Presidents which made me an ERVP.Executive Regional Vice President.Since I became an Executive Regional Vice President,I have the honor for my team of accepting the ACE AWARD two years in a row. ACE means in Arbonne talk, Areas of Consistant Excellence
This award is given to only 35 consultants a year for cnsistant effort and team volume . I call my team Rockstaz!
When people ask me, “How did you do it?” I say, “I did not do it alone; my incredible team did it along with me,” and I know that we will continue to do this business together. This is a “We” business not a “Me” business. We all know that a win for any of us is a win for all of us. Each team member provides friendship, wisdom and support, and I am so honored to know each one of them.I am inspired by the human spirit and the spirit of Arbonne. Our products change your skin and health, the Arbonne Opportunity, changes lives. The spirit of Arbonne is everywhere. Thank you for reading.
About Arbonne history

Arbonne was founded in the U.S. in 1980 by a Norwegian named Petter Morck. Celebrating 30 years of business, Arbonne has had combined sales over 1 billion dollars in just the last 3 years. Arbonne products are distributed globally in the USA, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.

What is Network Marketing?

Traditional Retail

Manufacturer > Wholesaler > Warehouser > Advertiser > Retailer > Consumer

It “cuts out” the middleman – most products touch 4-5 hands before the consumer buys it

Network Marketing

Manufacturer > Independent Consultant =more profit and more benefits, not a Δ

Network Marketing is a Viable Solution

*Minimal Start-up Costs *Can be built alongside your current profession

*Great Income potential *Great tax benefits

*Start your own business that you cannot be terminated, downsized or laid off

Deciding on a Company

“When choosing a network marketing company or any company there are four key factors to look for:”

*Marketplace Demand – Who are your customers? Arbonne-Babies to Baby Boomers

*Consumable Products – Less then 1% return rate, everybody loves them & they run out

*Timing & Trends – “New wave of Business” low overhead, work from home, own boss

*Ability to Leverage Time – Work with key people and duplicate 10-20 hours/work week

The Arbonne Economy – is an entrepreneur market…While companies were downsizing and laying people off…Arbonne gave consultants a 15% raise in 2009

Time is now…Over 50,000 network marketing companies have been founded, but only 60 out of the 50,000 has had a 10 year anniversary. Arbonne is one.
